Integrative graduate school
Within this cluster we have established an international graduate school with the focus on learning, memory, plasticity and related disorders. The program exposes students to all relevant approaches from molecular techniques to behavioral assessments in humans. The graduate school implements an international and transdisciplinary training program. The school offers training in an excellent research environment culminating in an PhD or MD/PhD. Although offering a comprehensive program covering all areas of neuroscience, the school will have a clear focus in the areas of learning, memory and plasticity in both its study and research program. The school admits both candidates with an MSc/MA as well as students from the medical school as part of an MD/PhD program newly implemented at UKE (University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf).
The graduate school is located in close proximity to both the Department of Systems Neuroscience and ZMNH in building W30 on the medical school (UKE) campus. It is currently coordinated by Eszter Schoell.
A list of current and past workshops and seminars can be found under Schedules.
The neurodapt Graduate School cooperates with the Graduate Program in Molecular Biology at the ZMNH. If you are interested in attending any of the courses, please contact us.
